Bye Bye Interplay?
May 31st
The recent news about Interplay having serious financial trouble, made me wondered what I.P. they actually own. Surprisingly, they did publish a bunch of games that I enjoyed back in the day. Hopefully if Interplay does cease operations, they might decide to sell some of these I.P. to other companies. I for one would love to see another Boogerman game.

Video game developers sure do like the U.S. Military, and why not, these things just print money; Call of Duty, Battlefield, Ghost Recon to name a few. Every war the United States had or is currently in, have been created for our twitchy little fingers to experience. Lets take a step back, back to a time before FPS shooters became so popular, when military games featuring United States military personal was dominated by Japanese developers. L.A. Noire Review
May 22nd
LA Noire is a gritty, realistic story with top-notch graphics and animation but lacks fantastic game play to keep the player interested. After finishing it, I can point to the parts that I really liked, such as the shoot outs, the location, and time-frame/locations. I can also point out the stuff i hated; the long drawn out investigations, the tedious interrogations, and the big one being the main character. I hated the main character, I don’t hate the actor that he was voiced by, but the way he talks and acted really pissed me off.
Arrr, Pirates o’ the Caribbean Re’iew. A pence for an old man o’de sea?
May 21st
Aye, a Mermaid, A Priest, and many, many pirates got on a ship and went on a quest t’ find the Fountain o’ Youth. The new plot line might sound a lot familiar t’ the pre’ious three Pirates’ mo’ies, and in some ways it is, but thar just enough diffarnce t’ make it is own. One thin’ you’ll take notice is the upgrade in the cast. Out with the younger actors like Keira Knightly and Orlando Bloom. In with the fuckin’ awesome, Me only curse because it brin’s back good memories o’ Deadwood, Ian Mcshane playin’ Blackbeard. Some might say Keira Knightly will be missed, but the producer didn’t let us down by gettin’ Penelope Cruz and the Mermaid, whose play by Astrid Berges-frisbey, who by the way is smokin’, for the brief time she’s on screen.
